Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. Please ensure that when you receive an item that you take reasonable care of it, such as our guidelines for storage of the products. Please ensure that any security seals or tags are still intact. This is applicable to frozen foods
To be eligible for refunds of Bottled Sauces, please make sure they are not consumed more than 10% of the contents, and the ingredients must be proven to be unedible due to the spoilage of the ingredients.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Wrong Item Received (if applicable)
We apologise if you have received the wrong item by mistake. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 15 days from the day on which you received the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
